Styrofoam Cups are Not the Answer

Written by: Charisse 10 June 2008 No Comment

One of the most obvious ways in which to use eco-friendly products is the replacement of styrofoam cups with recycled papneon-plastic-2-ounce-shot-cupser cups. Styrofoam does not break down and it does not decompose. Not only does it sit idle in garbage dumps, it is littered all over the streets and is a real hazard to wildlife. Animals eat the styrofoam causing them to become ill, suffocate and die.

Out of all the items that people use for convenience at parties, styrofoam is probably one of the worst. They are just so many alternatives. Although we understand that large quantities of styrofoam cups are very cheap, shop around and you will find substititues equally as inexpensive. And don’t forget to ask for discounts on large volumes.
